Turkey Cheeseburger Mac & Cheese

Ingredients
- 2 boxes Annie’s Classic Mac & Cheese
- 1 lb. lean ground turkey
- 1/3 cup Annie’s Organic Ketchup
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup finely shredded kale
- Sliced green onions, to garnish
Preparation
- Make mac & cheese according to package directions.
- Brown turkey in a large skillet.
- Add ketchup, onion powder and garlic powder. Stir well.
- Add mac & cheese to the turkey mixture, mixing until fully combined. Stir in tomatoes and kale.
- Serve warm garnished with green onions, if desired.
