
Lunch Box with Annie’s™ Back-to-School Bunny Trail Mix

For a super-cute back-to-school lunch box, focus on fun by packing it full of snacks. But be careful where you store the bunny trail mix—it’s as popular with adults as it is with kids, so don’t let it hop away!
Ingredients
Trail Mix
- 1 box (7 oz) Annie’s™ Organic Friends Bunny Grahams™ Baked Graham Snacks
- 5 pouches from 1 box (9.6 oz) Annie's™ Organic Berry Patch Bunny Fruit™ Flavored Snacks (12 count)
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
- 1/2 cup yogurt-covered raisins
- 1/2 cup mini pretzel twists
Ham and Cheese Wraps
- 1 package (8.2 oz) Old El Paso™ Flour Tortillas for Soft Tacos and Fajitas (10 Count)
- 10 slices deli ham
- 10 slices cheddar cheese
Additional Ingredients
- 10 pouches (2 bars each) Nature Valley™ Oats 'n Honey Crunchy Granola Bars (from 12-count box)
- 10 (2.25 oz) squeezable yogurt tubes, any flavor
- 3 1/3 cups fresh fruit, such as sliced strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or cubed cantaloupe
Preparation
- In large bowl, mix all Trail Mix ingredients. Store tightly covered at room temperature, up to 5 days
- For each ham and cheese wrap, place 1 tortilla on work surface. Top with 1 slice ham and 1 slice cheese. Roll up tightly, and place seam side down. Cut in half crosswise, if desired. Repeat with remaining wraps.
- For each lunch box, add 1/2 cup trail mix, 1 wrap, 1 pouch granola bars, 1 tube yogurt, and 1/3 cup fruit
Tips
- Mix it up! Instead of fruit, pack carrots sticks and cucumber slices with a sidecar of ranch dressing for dipping.
- Make it your own: Add your kids’ favorite condiments, such as mayonnaise, mustard, or yum yum sauce, to the basic ham and cheese wrap.
