Vegan Red Lentil Spirals with Sweet Potato & Pumpkin

Meet our new vegan pasta!  Gluten free and packed with delicious pumpkin and sweet potato sauce, our newest vegan comfort food is made with yummy red lentil pasta.  Mix up this wholesome and delicious dish as an easy side, or add in some goodies and eat this straight from the pan.  Each serving of this pasta contains a whopping 1/2 cup of veggies.

Organic red lentil pasta, organic pumpkin powder (organic pumpkin, organic maltodextrin), organic sweet potato powder (organic sweet potato, organic maltodextrin, organic corn starch), organic corn starch, organic tapioca starch, sea salt, organic natural flavor, organic paprika, organic onion powder, organic garlic powder.


  • BOIL:

    6 cups water in a medium saucepan.

  • STIR IN:

    pasta, bring to boil. Cook 4-6 minutes, or until done, stirring occasionally.


    in colander.
    While pasta is draining...

  • ADD:

    1/2 cup non-dairy milk and 2 Tbsp buttery spread to the warm saucepan.


    cheese over milk;
    stir to combine

  • ADD:

    cooked pasta back to saucepan and stir well.

    For a RICHER flavor, add an additional 2 Tbsp buttery spread!
