Meet our new gluten free, red lentil pasta!  Featuring our signature white cheddar sauce, this spiral delight is made with real cheese and packs a whopping 1/2 cup veggies per serving.  Shhh…we wont tell if you wont.

  • 1/2 cup hidden vegetables per serving
  • No artificial flavors, synthetic colors or preservatives
  • Cheese from cows not treated with rBST

Ingredients

Organic red lentil pasta, dried cheddar cheese (cultured pasteurized milk, salt, non-animal enzymes), whey, butter (pasteurized cream, salt), nonfat milk, salt, sodium phosphate, silicon dioxide (for anticaking).

Preparation

  • BOIL:

    6 cups water in a medium saucepan.

  • STIR IN:

    pasta, bring to boil. Cook 4-6 minutes, or until done, stirring occasionally.

  • DRAIN PASTA:

    in colander.
    While pasta is draining...

  • ADD:

    3 Tbsp lowfat milk and 2 tbsp butter to the warm saucepan.

  • SPRINKLE:

    cheese over milk;
    stir to combine

  • ADD:

    cooked pasta back to saucepan and stir well.
    ENJOY!

  • Annie's Suggestions:

    For a RICHER flavor, add an additional 2 Tbsp butter!
    For a CREAMY, TANGY version, replace milk with 1/2 cup lowfat yogurt!
