Organic Pasta (organic wheat flour, organic whole grain wheat flour), Corn Starch, Whey, Nonfat Milk, Dried Cheddar Cheese (cultured pasteurized milk, salt, non-animal enzymes), Tapioca Starch, Sunflower Oil, Salt, Butter (pasteurized cream, salt), Coconut Oil, Potassium Chloride, Cultured Milk, Milk Protein Concentrate, Sunflower Lecithin, Dipotassium Phosphate, Annatto Extract (for color), Natural Flavor, Silicon Dioxide (for anticaking).

Preparation
- Yum in about 2 1/2 minutes!
- 1. Remove lid and cheese packet. Loose white powder in the cup is for cooking. 2. Add COLD water to fill line. Stir. 3. Microwave on HIGH for 2:30 minutes.CAUTION: Cup and pasta will be very hot!
- 4. Stir in cheese packet.
