6 cups water in a medium saucepan.
pasta, bring to boil. Cook 6-8 minutes, or until done, stirring occasionally.
While pasta is draining...
1/4 cup reduced fat milk and 2 tbsp salted butter to the warm saucepan.
cheese over milk;
stir to combine
cooked pasta back to saucepan and stir well.
For a RICHER flavor, add an additional 2 Tablespoons unsalted butter!
For a CREAMY, TANGY version, replace milk with 3 tablespoons of plain whole milk yogurt!
