Yogurt Berry Pancakes

These super speedy berry-packed pancakes will make anyone a morning person. Perfect for a Sunday morning breakfast treat!

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat skillet over medium/low heat
  2. Spray skillet with coconut oil cooking spray
  3. Whisk together yogurt, flour, baking soda, salt, egg and vanilla extract in a medium size bowl
  4. Add mixture to hot griddle in small, 2 tbsp batches
  5. After 2-3 minutes, flip each pancake once
  6. Serve warm with berries and maple syrup!
