Mac & Cheese Panini

How to improve on the best lunchtime cheesy dish? Stuff it inside another one and add more cheese!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In a pan, add water and cook the shells according to instructions on the box.
  2. When pasta is done, drain and add the pasta back to the pan.
  3. Add the butter, milk and cheese packet.
  4. Mix well and set aside.
  5. Preheat a pan to medium-low.
  6. Place two slices of wheat bread on a plate. On one of the slices, scoop some of the Annie’s Homegrown Organic Mac & Cheese to cover the bread.
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and crushed Cheddar Bunnies on top of the Mac & Cheese.
  8. Place the other slice of bread on top of the layered piece.
  9. Grill the whole sandwich in the preheated pan until cheese has melted, flipping sandwich halfway through.
  10. Enjoy!
