3/4 cup freeze dried berries (Tip: Maria uses a mix of strawberries, blueberries and raspberries.)
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine oats, coconut, almonds, sugar, cinnamon and salt.
In a small saucepan, heat the coconut oil and maple syrup over medium heat, whisking frequently. When combined, about 2 minutes, remove from heat and whisk in the vanilla extract.
Pour the liquid mixture over the oat mixture and stir until well coated. Spread onto prepared baking sheet in an even layer.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until granola is golden brown, stirring every 10 minutes. Let granola cool. Stir in the Annie’s Organic Berry Bunnies Cereal and the freeze dried berries. Serve! The granola will keep in an air-tight container for up to 1 month.
