We believe that all food can be grown in ways that restore and regenerate nature. Which is why we made our newest, limited edition mac & cheese with ingredients grown using regenerative agricultural practices. Believe it or not, ALL of the organic durum wheat and golden peas in this pasta came from Nate Powell-Palm’s farm outside of Bozeman, Montana. Annie’s is partnering with Nate to advance and measure the impact of regenerative practices, which work with nature to build healthy soil and ecosystems. We are excited to continue working with Nate to introduce more of these special ingredients into Annie’s products.
We made only a small batch of this mac & cheese – try it while you can!
Why wheat and peas? Wheat and peas play complementary roles in a crop rotation. Both are important for building healthy soil! Wheat uses nitrogen and other nutrients in the soil that peas help replenish. Learn more here.
