WOODSTOCK SPINACH, BACON, & AVOCADO SALAD
- 1 5-oz bag organic baby spinach
- ½ 5-oz bag organic baby romaine leaves
- 1 large firm but ripe avocado
- 6-8 slices thick-cut bacon (such as Applegate's Organic Sunday Bacon)
- Annie’s Naturals Woodstock Dressing (grab a coupon!)
1. Fry bacon, drain on paper towels, and break up.
2. Slice avocado lengthwise into crescents.
3. Combine all ingredients in bowl and dress with Annie’s Naturals Woodstock Dressing.
