- 1 box Annie's Mac and Cheese
- 1 cup pureed cooked butternut squash*
- 2 tbsp. soft butter
- Pinch nutmeg, salt and pepper to taste
*Butternut, Delicata, or Banana winter squash may also be used.
- Cook Annie’s pasta according to package directions.
- After draining, return pasta to pot.
- Add 1 cup squash purée and 2 tbsp. butter and stir over low heat.
- Mix sauce pouch contents with milk as directed on box and add to pasta.
- Stir until well blended, season to taste, and serve.
