SQUASHY SHELLS

Ingredients

  • 1 box Annie's Mac and Cheese
  • 1 cup pureed cooked butternut squash*
  • 2 tbsp. soft butter
  • Pinch nutmeg, salt and pepper to taste

*Butternut, Delicata, or Banana winter squash may also be used.

Preparation

  1. Cook Annie’s pasta according to package directions.
  2. After draining, return pasta to pot.
  3. Add 1 cup squash purée and 2 tbsp. butter and stir over low heat.
  4. Mix sauce pouch contents with milk as directed on box and add to pasta.
  5. Stir until well blended, season to taste, and serve.


Serves 2-3.
