RED PEPPER QUINOA CASSEROLE
- 1/2 bottle Annie's Naturals Natural Roasted Red Pepper Dressing
- 1 box Annie's bunny pasta with Yummy Cheese
- 3 TBS low fat milk
- 1 Cup Quinoa
- 1 1/2 Cups water
- 2 Cans French cut green beans
1. Bring water to boil, add quinoa, stir, and simmer for 5 minutes
2. Prepare Bunny Pasta according to directions.
3. Heat Green Beans Place cooked quinoa in bottom of casserole dish.
4. Add Roasted Red Pepper dressing and stir
5. Top with green beans and prepared bunny pasta
6. Cook in preheated 350 degree oven for 20 minutes
