NO-COOK PASTA SAUCE
- 2 lbs. vine-ripened tomatoes, peeled, seeded, and chopped
- 2 tbsp. minced shallots
- 1 tbsp. crushed garlic
- 1/3 cup finely chopped Italian parsley
- Juice of 1 lemon (approx ¼ cup)
- 1 8-oz bottle Annie’s Naturals Dipping Oil
- Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
1. Mix together all ingredients.
2. Let rest at room temperature for 15-30 minutes.
3. Serve with your favorite Annie’s Pasta, minus the cheese sauce!
