- 1-2 lbs. raw tiger shrimp, cleaned and peeled with tails
- 1-1/4 cup Annie's Naturals Fat Free Mango Vinaigrette
- Jasmine rice
1. Marinate shrimp for 30 minutes or longer in Annie's Naturals Fat Free Mango Vinaigrette.
2. Grill on high until fully cooked.
3. Arrange around a bed of Jasmine rice with tails up.
4. Garnish with chopped cilantro, lime and fresh pineapple, or mango salsa.
5. For added spice, drizzed Thai Chile sauce over top.
