JAPANESE TUNA SALAD
Ingredients
- 6 oz can tuna - drained
- 15 snow pea pods - steamed
- 1/3 cup carrots - shredded
- 1/3 cup celery - diced fine
- 2 scallions - sliced thin
- Annie's Naturals Shiitake & Sesame Dressing
Preparation
1. Bring 2 cups of water to boil, add snow peas and cook 1 minute. Drain immediately and rinse under cold running water until cool.
2. Combine remaining ingredients with one bottle of Annie's Naturals Shiitake & Sesame. Add snow peas and serve.
