GOLDEN HOP MUFFINS
- 2 cups self-rising flour
- 2 sticks butter, melted
- 1/2 pint sour cream
- 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup Annie's Cheddar Bunnies, crushed
- 8oz package cream cheese (any savory flavor)
- 1 Annie's Cheddar Bunny per muffin
1. Combine all muffin ingredients and spoon into an ungreased muffin tin. (any size but mini's are fun!)
2. Bake until golden on top and firm (20-30 mins)
3. Take out of tin and top with a small dollop of cream cheese and a Cheddar Bunny.
Best served warm! Enjoy!
