GODDESS PASTA SALAD

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Whole wheat pasta (elbow, small shells, etc.)
  • 1 Red pepper (cleaned and chopped. no seeds)
  • 1 Yellow pepper (cleaned and chopped. no seeds)
  • 1 Orange pepper chopped (cleaned and cut into thin strips)
  • Anne's Goddess Dressing

Preparation
1. Make pasta according to directions. Cool down with cold water, drain.

2. Mix together all three peppers.

3. Mix with pasta in a large bowl.

4. Pour on Annie's Goddess Dressing, Mix. Refrigerate for two to three hours. Can be made the day before.
