GINGERLY TILAPIA SANDWICH

Ingredients
2 tbsp of Annie's Naturals Lite Gingerly Vinaigrette
3 to 4 Slices of Medium Tomatoes
6 to 8 Spinach Leaves
5 Slices of Pickles
Cooking Spray
1 tbsp of Garlic and Herb Seasoning
1 Slice of White American Cheese
2 Slices of Whole Grain Bread
2 Tilapia Fillets

Tools: Spatula and 10 in Skillet

Preparation
1. On a plate, take your pre-rinsed tilapia fillets and spread the Garlic and Herb Seasoning on both sides. 2. Spray the surface of the skillet with Cooking Spray and place the fillets on the pan. 3. Set the stove to Medium-High and cook the Tilapias for about 8 to 10 minutes. Make sure to use the spatula to flip the fish! 4. Once fully cooked, place the fillets on a clean plate. 5. Then put it all together! Add the tomatoes, spinach leaves, and pickles to the bottom layer of the sandwich. 6. Carefully place the tillapia fillets on top. 7. Add 2 tbsp of Annie's Naturals Lite Gingerly Vinaigrette on top of the fillets. 8. Place the cheese and top bread slice to complete the sandwich. 9. Make sure to add a healthy side item such as fruit! 10. Eat and Enjoy!
