- 2 cups cubed bread (4 good slices of day-old crusty French)
- 2 Tbsp. Annie's Roasted Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1. Heat 1 Tbsp. Annie's Roasted Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a large nonstick skillet.
2. Add the bread cubes and toss while cooking, so all sides will be lightly golden
3. If the pan gets dry, add the extra olive oil a teaspoon at a time as needed. The croutons should be crispy and golden in 3-5 minutes.
4. Remove to a serving bowl or store in an airtight container.
