FIESTA MAC AND CHEESE

Ingredients

  • 1 box of Annie's Shells & White Cheddar
  • 1 tsp tomato paste
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped red or green bell peppers
  • 1/8 tsp parsley
  • 1/8 tsp white pepper
  • 1/8 tsp ground chili pepper
  • 1/8 tsp finely chopped Jalapeno

Preparation
1. Prepare Annie's Shells & White Cheddar according to the package.

2. Add milk, butter and tomato paste to the pan, then mix in the cheese sauce and remaining ingredients with a whisk

3. Optional- add a slight squeeze of a lime or lemon
