Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Peel carrot and cook in a small amount of water until fork tender; then purée all in blender or food processor until very smooth.
  2. Prepare Annie’s Shells & White Cheddar according to package directions.
  3. Stir 2 tbsp. butter and 1 cup carrot purée into prepared pasta and sauce and mix together over low heat until well-blended. Serve with a smile!
