CODE ORANGE PASTA!
- 1 box Annie’s Organic Shells & White Cheddar
- 1-2 large carrots, preferably organic, enough to yield 1 cup purée
- 2 tbsp. soft butter
- Peel carrot and cook in a small amount of water until fork tender; then purée all in blender or food processor until very smooth.
- Prepare Annie’s Shells & White Cheddar according to package directions.
- Stir 2 tbsp. butter and 1 cup carrot purée into prepared pasta and sauce and mix together over low heat until well-blended. Serve with a smile!
