CAESAR TORTELLINI SALAD WITH CHICKPEAS
- 9 oz. package tortellini
- 15 oz. can chickpeas - drained
- 1 cup carrots -julienned
- 1 cup celery - sliced fine
- 1 cup red peppers -sliced fine
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 1/3 cup fresh parsley
- Annie's Naturals Caesar Dressing - Organic
1. Cook tortellini according to package directions, drain and cool in strainer under cold running water. Set aside to drain.
2. Combine all ingredients with one bottle of Annie's Naturals Caesar Dressing - Organic.
3.Toss with tortellini and serve.
