CAESAR BLT SANDWICHES
6oz. bacon, cut into 1/4" pieces
8 slices crusty Italian bread
2-3 tomatoes, sliced 1/4" thick
4 Tbsp. Annie's Naturals Organic Caesar Dressing
3 cups romaine or arugula lettuce
Salt & pepper (to taste)
1. Cook bacon until crisp. Drain on paper towels.
2. Toast bread until lightly browned.
3. Divide warm bacon among 4 slices of the toasted bread. Arrange tomato slices on top of bacon.
4. In a bowl, toss Annie's Naturals Organic Caesar Dressing with the greens. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Top bacon and tomato with coated greens. Close sandwiches and cut in half. Serve and enjoy!
