BAJA BLACK BEAN SALSA

Ingredients

  • 2 cans black beans
  • 3 tomatoes, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 1 jalapeno chili, seeded and minced
  • 1/4 cup tomato juice
  • 1 red onion, finely chopped
  • 3-1/2 Tbsp. Annie's Naturals Fat Free Mango Vinaigrette
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

Preparation

1. In a large bowl, combine the beans, tomatoes, onion, cilantro, parsley, garlic, chili, tomato juice, and Annie's Naturals Fat Free Mango Vinaigrette

2. Season well with salt and pepper.

3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
