ANNIES NATURAL RED WINE OLIVE OIL VINAIGRETTE CHICKEN SKEWER
- 1/4 cup Annie's Naturals Red Wine and Olive Oil Vinaigrette
- 1 tablespoon Annie's Natural's Dijon Mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 3/4 lb. boneless, skinless chicken cut into one inch pieces
- 6 large button mushrooms, quartered
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1 inch
- pieces wooden or metal skewers
1. In a medium bowl, combine Annie's Naturals Red Wine and Olive Oil Vinaigrette, Annie's Naturals Dijon Mustard, and honey. Add chicken, mushrooms and bell pepper pieces. Let stand for twenty minutes, or refrigerate up to 4 hours.
2. Thread chicken, mushrooms and bell pepper pieces on skewers.
3. Grill on medium hot preheated grill for five minutes per side, about ten minutes total.
4. Let cool for five minutes and serve.
Serves 3-4. Active prep time: 30 minutes.
