ANNIE'S PASTA SALAD

Ingredients

  • 1 box Annie's Family Size Shells & Cheddar
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli flowerets, cooked al dente
  • ½ cup coarsely chopped black olives
  • 1 cup ripe grape tomatoes, halved
  • ¼ cup chopped red onion
  • ¼-½ cup of your favorite Annie’s Naturals Dressing – we love Annie’s Balsamic Vinaigrette with this salad

Preparation
1. Cook pasta shells according to package directions, but don’t make cheese sauce (you can save it to use for another Annie’s pasta, or topping for veggies).

2. Drain and cool pasta, then combine with other ingredients and serve.

A great, simple, summery dish. Enjoy!
