Mac & Cheese Sausage Gravy


  • 1 box Annie’s Homegrown Deluxe Rotini & White Cheddar Sauce
  • 1/2 pound breakfast sausage (can be substituted for your favorite vegetarian ground sausage)
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Hot sauce to taste –  1/2 teaspoon recommended
  • Salt to taste
  • 4-6 of your favorite biscuits


1. Boil the pasta according to the directions on the box.
2. In a medium skillet; brown the sausage on medium high heat until cooked all the way through. Drain the grease and set aside. Clean and finely chop thyme (if using fresh).
3. Once the pasta is done cooking set aside to drain in a colander. Return the pan to the stove and mix the cheese sauce with the remaining ingredients EXCEPT the sausage and pasta. Whisk on medium low heat until combined.
4. Add the sausage and pasta to the pan and stir to combine. Season with salt to taste. Pour over split biscuits. Enjoy!
