Recipe Contest

 

Congrats to Kathy H. for submitting the winning recipe - Peace Chop Suey! Kathy will receive a great selection of yummy Annie's products to help inspire her cooking projects.

 

In October, we hosted our first recipe contest. The winning recipe was Buttery Crisp Pork Chops. Thanks to all those who entered!

Treasure Pasta

Cherry tomatoes,

1 box of Annie's Mac and Cheese

1/2 cup of reduce fat cheddar cheese, shredded

1 can of chick peas drained

1/4 cup of half and half

Salt and pepper to taste

 



Cook the mac and cheese according to the box

Substitute 1/4 cup half and half for milk when mixing the cheese

Mix in the chick peas

Put 3-4 cherry tomatoes at the bottom of a bowl

Layer the mac and cheese on top of the tomatoes 

Top with shredded cheese and salt and pepper to taste

Enjoy the treasure hunt to find the tomatoes in the bowl!
