    Good people good eats

    my frind madison and i eat this all the time. we love it. annie's how do you do it. one time madison ate it for three meals straight. she is so crazy !! we love annie's. stuff friendship is made of.

    Shells and white cheddar is the bomb!

    I used to purchase the Pasta Roni Shells and white cheddar... now that I have tasted Annie's pasta, I will NEVER go back! I love the organic kind as well, so far I have not been disappointed in this company and always coming up with great tasty things. I usually only buy when on sale because of the price, but it is worth my health in the end.

    Much better than other products. I only wish they would replace the shells with pasta made from edamame, lentils, or black beans. I often throw away the shells and replace them with these other pastas to improve the nutritional content of the meal. This would also be a good option for people who avoid gluten.

    Easy Healthy Tuna Casserole with Shells& White Cheddar

    Annie's Casserole

    We buy Annies mixed 3-packs by the case, at Costco. So superior to Kraft dinner or any other Mac n Cheese dinner we have tried. We don't eat prepared foods very much, but this product is good to have on hand. Following is an easy recipe for a crowd and a great way to use up leftovers: Preheat oven to 350 F. degrees. Get out a large mixing bowl and a large rectangular baking dish. Prepare 2 boxes of Annie's Shells until about half cooked (4 min). Drain, stir in the butter, milk, and contents of cheese packet. Pour this mixture into the large mixing bowl. Add the following diced foods into the mixing bowl: 1 diced green or red pepper 1 cup diced celery 4 diced green onions 1 large diced tomato 2 cups of diced COOKED meat 1/2 inch x 1/2 inch (chicken, tuna drained, Italian-style deli sausage, steak, roast beef). 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese 1/2 cup grated cheddar 2 eggs, lightly blended for 30 seconds with a fork 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper Optional: If you like added flavourings here are a couple that you can add to the mixing bowl, but they are strictly optional: 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning or 1 teaspoon curry powder or 1 teaspoon chili powder Now stir it all together until well blended and pour the mixture into a rectangular baking pan or glass baking dish. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Let cool for 15 minutes. This is a great self-serve recipe that reheats well in the microwave and travels well to the cottage. Enjoy!
