Barbecue Chicken Pasta

 

½ rotisserie chicken, shredded (2 c.)
1/4 small red onion, thinly sliced
2 green onions, sliced
1/2 c. shredded smoked Gouda cheese (optional)
1/4 c. chopped fresh cilantro
 


1.    BOIL 6 c. water in large saucepan over high heat. Add elbows; bring to boil, cook 8-10 minutes or until tender.
 
2.    DRAIN pasta; return to saucepan. Stir in cheese sauce, chicken, Annie’s BBQ Sauce, red onion, and green onions. Add salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with Gouda, if using, and cilantro; serve.
