We think our macaroni and cheese is delicious just the way it is, but if you are looking for some variety, try some of our favorite recipes below.

No-Cook Pasta Sauce

2 lbs. vine-ripened tomatoes, peeled, seeded, and chopped
2 tbsp. minced shallots
1 tbsp. crushed garlic
1/3 cup finely chopped Italian parsley
Juice of 1 lemon (approx ¼ cup)
1 8-oz bottle Annie’s Naturals Dipping Oil
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste



Mix together all ingredients. Let rest at room temperature for 15-30 minutes. Serve up with your favorite Annie’s Pasta, minus the cheese sauce!
