Annie Withey believed that it is possible to build a socially conscious and successful business.

This was her goal when she started making delicious Mac & Cheese and selling it from her car trunk when she co-founded the company back in 1989.

Product Innovation

Make, test, taste, repeat! The chefs on the Product Innovation team are masters in the kitchen; spending their days creating delicious organic bunny snacks for everybunny in your family to enjoy.

Business Development

This troop of bunnies works day in and day out with our amazing customers (grocery and club stores, e-commerce), ensuring that your favorite bunny snacks are on shelf at a store near you!


We call these guys the “HOPerations team”. They’re the busy bunnies sourcing our delicious organic ingredients and figuring out where they need to go next – they do it all and they do it efficiently.

Business Bunnies

People, systems, and finance management – our business bunnies tackle some big stuff! From recruiting new employees, to tech support, financial reporting, and keeping Annie’s weird – these guys have a big job.
