Here’s how we hire at Annie’s:
  • Our human resources team evaluates résumés and reaches out to candidates of interest. Due to the volume of résumés received, we can’t follow up with each applicant.
  • HR team member will do an initial phone interview with qualified candidates.
  • The hiring manager and other team members will do a follow-up phone or in-person interview.
  • Depending on the position, there may be additional rounds of interviews to make sure it’s a perfect fit.

Open Positions

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the VP Legal will actively participate in the company’s continued growth.  He or she, together with outside counsel, will be broadly responsible for the legal affairs of the company and will serve as legal advisor to the CEO, CFO, and the company’s management team, as well as serving as Secretary of the company. 

This position will lead work on a day-to-day basis, and in cooperation with outside counsel, on a wide variety of legal matters such as employee relations, M&A, intellectual property, litigation and general corporate work, and will ensure that the company is in compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations, including laws and regulations that apply to public companies.

The Director of Logistics & Customer Service is responsible for leading the distribution and transportation operations for Annie’s as well as our customer service and order fulfillment team.  This individual will work with transportation and warehouse management from all locations; manage the identification, development and implementation of company-wide transportation programs to improve operating results.

The Materials Planner is responsible for managing the material/ingredient inventory in terms of inventory value and ensuring supply to support the production schedule.  The Planner is the key liaison between Annie’s and our material vendors; he/she is responsible for communicating material requirements weekly and resolving any supply/demand imbalances with the Supplier.

The Senior Director of Quality is responsible for developing strategy, leading, and implementing Annie’s quality program at corporate, manufacturing, contract manufacturing, and supply chain levels to ensure that all products are produced, stored, and delivered in accordance with Annie’s high quality standards.

The Director, Technical Services reports to the VP Information Technology, CIO and works closely with the IT team, business leaders, service providers, and end users in support of help desk, infrastructure support and systems administration.  Reporting to this position are Systems Administration and Technical Operations staff.

The Business Intelligence (BI) Manager reports to the Sr. Manager Business Applications and works with other IT teams, business leaders, consultants, and end users to set direction and priorities for Annie’s Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence, and Intranet initiatives from concept through implementation and support.  This role manages internal personnel and external consultants, provides leadership, and contributes directly in projects and support.

The Sr. Director of Strategic Purchasing is responsible for developing and implementing the company’s raw material procurement strategies and processes, managing sourcing relationships and partnerships with suppliers, originating materials contracts for commodities, packaging and other key cost drivers, and ensuring that Annie’s sustainable sourcing values are integrated throughout the supply chain.

The Maintenance Supervisor supports and executes plant specific maintenance strategies to achieve Plants key performance goals for overall maintenance performance.  This position will oversee the maintenance and repair of the facility and the operating equipment (mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and plumbing) to assure continuous, safe, and efficient operations.  Effective communication with management/support staff and a continuous improvement mentality are a must for this position.

Coordinates the activities of co-packers, assuring that co-packing manufacturer produces to Annie’s product specifications. Partners with our suppliers on the continuous improvement efforts including waste reduction, variance root cause investigations, and optimizing performance. This individual will also perform plant audits to ensure the supplier’s compliance with Annie’s food safety and manufacturing practices; recommend improvements in current manufacturing processes, and partner with the co-manufacturer to implement new processes
