Here’s how we hire at Annie’s:

  1. Our HR team evaluates résumés and reaches out to candidates of interest. Due to the volume of résumés received, we can’t follow up with each applicant.
  2. HR team member will do an initial phone interview with qualified candidates.
  3. The hiring manager and other team members will do a follow-up phone or in-person interview.
  4. Depending on the position, there may be additional rounds of interviews to make sure it’s a perfect fit.
  5. Next comes some pre-employment screening which will include checking references, a background check, and drug test.
  6. We extend an offer to join the Annie’s family!
Open Positions

This role involves managing several ingredient categories for Annie’s and General Mills Natural & Organic brand. This role will report to the Annie’s Sourcing Asst. Manager in Berkeley and will partner directly with Product Innovation, Marketing, Operations, Global Business Solutions and external partners as part of the Natural & Organic sourcing platform.

The position is responsible for assuring compliance of federally regulated and third party claims and certifications, including Organic, Non-GMO, and Gluten-Free primarily for Annie’s branded products.  This role also addresses regulatory and/or 3rd party issues pertaining to certifications. Additionally, it manages many projects at once while working across all functions (marketing, R&D, legal, supply chain and quality) and communicates on certification-related and compliance matters for General Mills both internally and externally.  A moderate portion of time is spent advising teams on requirements for certification and interfacing with certifiers and vendors.

Muir Glen’s Marketing Associate will be responsible for a variety of support and management functions across the Muir Glen’s portfolio of products. Scope includes working to develop and management communication projects, packaging, promotions, budgets, reports and document control.
