Here’s how we hire at Annie’s:

  1. Our HR team evaluates résumés and reaches out to candidates of interest. Due to the volume of résumés received, we can’t follow up with each applicant.
  2. HR team member will do an initial phone interview with qualified candidates.
  3. The hiring manager and other team members will do a follow-up phone or in-person interview.
  4. Depending on the position, there may be additional rounds of interviews to make sure it’s a perfect fit.
  5. Next comes some pre-employment screening which will include checking references, a background check, and drug test.
  6. We extend an offer to join the Annie’s family!

 

Open Positions

The Food Technologist will be responsible for performing product tastings, shelf life and sensory evaluation, test kitchen organization, bench-level product development, and assist the product development teams with the needed systems and documentation.

We are seeking a Marketing Associate to assist with developing and executing customer marketing plans. This individual will also assist in the development of customer specific product innovation and packaging.  This role requires interaction with customers as well as internal teams and agencies.

The Supply Planner must execute production plan including driving excellent customer service levels while minimalizing inventory levels. This position’s focus will be to meet delivery schedules, adjust and respond accurately and timely to constant changes, as well as assist all co-packers with short and long range planning.

The Product Innovation Project Manager will lead and manage a group of projects though all phases of technical product development from idea to commercialization, and provide ongoing product support. He/she will evaluate technical viability of concept, manage product development, and successfully bring that product to commercialization by partnering with our suppliers, co-manufacturers, outside contractors, and internal team.
