Here’s how we hire at Annie’s:

  1. Our HR team evaluates résumés and reaches out to candidates of interest. Due to the volume of résumés received, we can’t follow up with each applicant.
  2. HR team member will do an initial phone interview with qualified candidates.
  3. The hiring manager and other team members will do a follow-up phone or in-person interview.
  4. Depending on the position, there may be additional rounds of interviews to make sure it’s a perfect fit.
  5. Next comes some pre-employment screening which will include checking references, a background check, and drug test.
  6. We extend an offer to join the Annie’s family!

Muir Glen’s Marketing Associate will be responsible for a variety of support and management functions across the Muir Glen’s portfolio of products. Scope includes working to develop and management communication projects, packaging, promotions, budgets, reports and document control.

The Senior Marketing Communications Manager leads all multi-channel communication ideas to generate awareness and drive trial and loyalty for Annie’s brand, mission and product portfolio. This position is responsible for consistent messaging and brand voice for all consumer touchpoints including owned, earned and paid media, as well as consumer relations and event activation.

Annie’s Associate Marketing Manager will be responsible for a variety of management functions across Annie’s portfolio of products. They will be a key member of the business team who will provide strategic thinking and lead projects from idea through execution. This individual must be able to lead teams and provide a compelling vision, be creative yet analytical/financially oriented, be resourceful in handling project roadblocks, and a strong executer.

As a member of the Logistics Operations team, you will provide operational support and business process execution in collaboration with the entire brand team to assist in developing new products, executing promotions and driving results that help ensure business success.
