Here’s how we hire at Annie’s:
  1. Our human resources team evaluates résumés and reaches out to candidates of interest. Due to the volume of résumés received, we can’t follow up with each applicant.
  2. HR team member will do an initial phone interview with qualified candidates.
  3. The hiring manager and other team members will do a follow-up phone or in-person interview.
  4. Depending on the position, there may be additional rounds of interviews to make sure it’s a perfect fit.
  5. Next comes some pre-employment screening which will include checking references, a background check, and drug test.
  6. We extend an offer to join the Annie’s family!

Annie’s is seeking a Maintenance Manager for our Joplin plant to direct and coordinate all maintenance activities in the plant including routine PM, special projects, safety and environmental concerns and personnel matters.

We are seeking a Business Development Coordinator to support the Business Development team.  This person will play a key role in assisting all growth driving efforts across trade marketing, business analytics, and sales.  Areas of responsibility are handling mass communications to the sales team, managing sales resources, assisting with data management and some reporting, support for internal (corporate) and external (field sales) tools & presentations, and extensive project support around new item launches.
