Sales Analyst - Target

The Sales Analyst -Target is responsible for analyzing sales, pricing, distribution, promotion, and replenishment trends with syndicated and Target POS data. This position manages the collaborative forecasting process with Target Business Analyst’s (BA’s) by focusing on improving item level forecasting, inventory, turns, and instocks. Additionally, this role creates insights and recommends actionable tactics based on data analysis. This position works in tandem with the Team Leader, Target to achieve internal sales objectives and Target Joint Business Plans.

Brand Marketing Assistant

The ideal candidate has some marketing experience (ideally in a consumer packaged goods company) as well as experience with project management. Co-Manufacturing Manager

Coordinates the activities of co-packers, assuring that co-packing manufacturer produces to Annie’s product specifications. Partners with our suppliers on the continuous improvement efforts including waste reduction, variance root cause investigations, and optimizing performance. This individual will also perform plant audits to ensure the supplier’s compliance with Annie’s food safety and manufacturing practices; recommend improvements in current manufacturing processes, and partner with the co-manufacturer to implement new processes

Sr. Business Intelligence Developer/Analyst

The Sr. Business Intelligence Developer/Analyst is responsible for design, development, testing,
maintenance, and support of all business intelligence reporting solutions based on a MS SQL Server Data
Warehouse. This individual will work with internal customers to understand and analyze requirements
and develop BI solutions using T-SQL/SSIS/SSAS/SSRS. The successful candidate must demonstrate a

Trade Marketing Manager

Annie’s Inc is seeking a dynamic Trade Marketing Manager to lead the development of channel specific trade promotion strategies and manage the overall trade spending budget via MEI (TPM system). The TMM is responsible for national trade plans that ensure the company achieves its volume, profit and trade funds expense targets. He/she will work to translate strategic direction/insights into annual trade plans while continuously evaluating effectiveness of promotions and efficiencies of trade spending. This role acts as the primary liaison between field sales organization and all internal functions (including Brand Management, Innovation, Finance, Operations, IT & Executive Management) to support field needs related to sales, displays, and presentations to support sales initiatives.

Sr. IT Project Manager

As a key member of Annie’s Information Technology Team, the Sr. IT Project Manager’s primary role is to lead and deliver complex business-facing projects, from initiation through execution and closure using standard PMI-based project management methodologies. This includes managing individual projects through all phases of the project lifecycle, risk management and communication to project stakeholders, as well as continuous oversight and organization of multiple individual projects and initiatives. Position will play a key role in establishing the Project Management Office (PMO) capability within the IT organization.

QA Documentation Specialist

Working with Annie’s QA, Procurement, Suppliers and Consumer Relations position will coordinate and maintain documentation for Annie’s supplier certification program, supplier audits, annual Organic certification audit, Non-GMO certification program, COAs, Customer complaint non-compliance reviews, supplier 3rd party audits, GFSI supplier certifications and regulatory compliance for all key vendors and co-manufacturers with regard to Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA), Bioterrorism, Organic and Non-GMO programs, foreign vendors, iCiX, Allergen programs and other key programs as required.

Manager of Consumer and Shopper Insights

The ideal candidate should have strong CPG experience on several different product categories, have great relationships with cost-effective vendors, and experience with a variety of types of research and analytics, including syndicated scan data. Additionally, the candidate should have a working understanding of marketing and consumer insights that guide product innovation.

Category lead for one of Annie’s major product categories and  responsible for consumer and category analysis and insights to guide development of the annual brand plan, strategies and tactics.  This individual will be the product portfolio expert and will develop product line strategies and tactics in close partnership with the cross-functional team and in-house marketing functional experts (PR, social media/online marketing, grassroots/cause marketing, and shopper marketing).
