How many products do I need to purchase?
Free Reusable Kids Konserve lunch sacks are available with four PROOFS OF PURCHASE, one from EACH of the following companies: Annie’s Homegrown (any item), Honest Kids Organic (8–pack carton or 64 oz bottle), Seventh Generation (Disinfectant Sprays and Wipes), AND Stonyfield YoKids (Organic Yogurt 6-pack or Squeezers).

Where do I send my form?
Send your Entry Form and Proofs of Purchase to:

You can also send your Proof of Purchase along with a 3x5 card with your Name and Address.
What is a Proof of Purchase?
Please send the UPC codes from each product, or an original receipt with all products listed. You may also send CLEAN lids or box tops.

When will I receive my lunch sack?
Please allow 8-10 weeks for delivery.
I have two children. May I get two lunch sacks?
There is a limit of one lunch sack per household.
